1. Introduction
BitcoinCode respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its website, applications, and digital platforms (collectively, the “Platform”) to do the same.
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy outlines the procedures for submitting copyright infringement claims and counter-notifications in compliance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512).

3. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that copyrighted material owned by you has been infringed and is accessible on the Platform, you must submit a written notification including the following:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform.
Your contact information, including email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be processed.
4. Removal or Restriction of Content
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, BitcoinCode will:
promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
notify the affected user or content provider
BitcoinCode reserves the right to take additional measures if deemed necessary.
5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or restricted due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to error.
Your name, address, email, and phone number.
A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, BitcoinCode may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within the statutory timeframe.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
BitcoinCode maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement.
Users found to be repeat infringers may have their access terminated, accounts suspended, or privileges permanently revoked.
7. False Claims and Misrepresentation
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability.
BitcoinCode reserves the right to pursue damages against parties who abuse the DMCA process.
8. Third-Party Content Disclaimer
BitcoinCode does not actively monitor user-submitted content for copyright infringement but responds to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
9. Jurisdictional Limitations
This DMCA Policy applies to U.S. copyright law. Users accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions acknowledge that copyright protections may vary.
10. Modifications to Policy
BitcoinCode reserves the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
