  • hold or manage user funds

All blockchain transactions occur directly between the user and decentralized networks through smart contracts beyond BitcoinCode’s control.


4. Non-Custodial Responsibility


You acknowledge and agree that:


  • You retain full control and ownership of your digital assets

  • BitcoinCode never has access to your private keys, seed phrases, or credentials

  • Loss of access credentials may result in irreversible loss of assets\

BitcoinCode shall not be responsible for safeguarding user assets or recovering lost credentials.


5. User Obligations


You agree to use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


You further agree not to:


  • engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct


  • attempt to exploit or manipulate smart contracts or protocols


  • interfere with Website security or infrastructure


  • upload malicious code or harmful content


  • misrepresent BitcoinCode or impersonate others


Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.


6. Blockchain Transactions and Finality


All blockchain transactions initiated through the Website are:


  • irreversible once confirmed


  • subject to network fees, delays, and congestion


  • dependent on decentralized consensus mechanisms


BitcoinCode does not guarantee transaction confirmation times, outcomes, or network availability and bears no responsibility for failed or delayed transactions.


7. Risks Acknowledgment


You expressly acknowledge the risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to:


  • smart contract vulnerabilities


  • protocol upgrades or failures

  • market volatility


  • validator misconduct


  • regulatory uncertainty

You assume full responsibility for assessing these risks prior to engaging with any blockchain activity.


8. No Guarantees or Promises


BitcoinCode makes no representations regarding:


  • profitability or financial outcomes


  • yield, APY, or reward sustainability


  • future protocol development


  • token value or market performance


All references to yields, rewards, or performance are illustrative only and not guarantees.


9. Intellectual Property Rights


All content on the Website, including text, logos, graphics, designs, documentation, and code (excluding open-source components), is the intellectual property of BitcoinCode or its licensors.


You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Termination does not affect blockchain transactions already executed.

Damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
